Ulladulla High School student Emily Cadle has won the 2018 United Grand Lodge of NSW & ACT Grand Lodge Trustee’s scholarship for 2018.

The Finalists have been selected for the Freemasons of NSW/ACT Community Service Award in the 2019 Seven News Young Achiever Awards. The Awards aim to encourage, acknowledge and reward the achievements valuable contribution young individuals make in their local communities.

Most Worshipful Brother Derek Robson AM, Grand Master and Chairman of Masonicare, joined by Gael Knox represented Masonicare in the donation of 13 wheelchairs to Ryde Hospital as part of the Masonicare Hospital Wheelchair Program.

Masonicare and Lodge Beecroft donated $6000 to NorthWest Disability Services, represented by acting CEO Raelene Edwards. Funds were raised throughout the year by members of Lodges from Districts 25 and 25A running Bunnings BBQ's, just another way that Interaction and Masonicare support the local community.

Masonicare has matched funds raised by Lodge Harold Herman Unity at a successful charity trivia night to support research at UNSW Sydney’s Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing (CHeBA).

Nambucca Freemasons and Masonicare donate 5 new wheelchairs to Macksville Hospital as part of the Masonicare Hospital Wheelchairs program.

Funds raised by Lodges of the Turramurra Masonic Centre and supported via the Masonicare Interaction Grant Program is presented by District representative Brian Sampson to Felicity McDonnell, the Business & Funding Manager at Ku-ring-gai Youth Development Service (KYDS).

Canberra, Queanbeyan and Braidwood Lodges together with incoming Masonicare Chairman Derek Robson and Board member Stephen Coote present the Canberra Hospital Foundation with 20 new wheelchairs.
